Balochistan is Pakistan's least developed province, facing serious poverty, restricted service delivery, and high joblessness. Literacy in the province stands at just 42.1%, compared to a national average of 60%. This educational gap fuels persistent poverty and social barriers. The health sector similarly struggles with limited funding, poor rural access, and alarming maternal and child health outcomes. HRDP exists to close these gaps and drive lasting improvements in living standards across the province.
Our Vision: To create empowered, resourceful, and thriving communities that foster growth and sustainable development. Our Mission: HRDP strives to develop and implement holistic programs addressing livelihood, infrastructure, WASH, nutrition, health, education, and capacity-building needs, enabling individuals and communities to achieve their full potential.
